Affinity in November: Updates to differential rent policies, improved exports and more…

Here are some of the highlights of features, improvements, and bug fixes we shipped in November.

Updates to differential rent policies

A number of the differential rent policies in Affinity have been added/updated to reflect the current version of the policies from the following councils:

• Cavan County Council rent policy (1st Nov 2019) – updated
• Monaghan County Council rent policy (2007) – added
• Kilkenny County Council rent policy (1st January 2020) – updated
• Wexford County Council rent policy (8th July 2019) – updated

The updates from these policies have been applied to Affinity and the calculations are based on the dated versions above.

Improved Exports

The export area in Affinity has been improved:

• Arrears list export now includes the housing group.
• Voids export has been updated to include Local Authority, Project Leader and Void Start Date.
• Tenants export updated to include tenant state and the tenant’s date of birth.
• Tenancies / Tenancies (Active) export updated to include the tenant’s date of birth.
• Tenancy charges export updated to include scheme type.
